I will provide a safe, warm and empathic environment for you to explore your concerns. Therapy is often pursued to help alleviate a variety of concerns that affect our mental health, including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, motivation, coping strategies and relationship issues. I will tailor therapy to your specific needs and I draw from a few approaches, one of which is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. An aspect of CBT is to look at the affect our thoughts have on how we feel, and how that can affect the way that we behave. We will explore alternative perspectives, approaches and work toward challenging problematic or difficult thoughts and determine other coping strategies for you.
